Website operator and purpose.
This website is operated by Mississippi River Marketing LLC. It introduces our services, shares practical marketing education and provides ways to contact us. Questions about these terms can be sent to mississippirivermarketing@gmail.com or discussed by calling 573-621-4337.
Education and marketing outcomes.
Our guides provide general information. Applying an idea to a particular business depends on its website, audience, market and platform requirements. Search rankings, indexing, traffic, advertising performance and new customers are not guaranteed. Google and other platforms control their own systems and policies. Published survey statistics describe the cited research, not results achieved by MRM or a promise for your business.
Consultations and paid work.
The initial business visibility consultation is free. Contacting us does not purchase a service or require you to proceed with paid work. If you decide to work with MRM, the deliverables, scope, fees, third-party costs and relevant responsibilities need to be agreed separately. These website terms do not replace that agreement or create a standard package, cancellation policy or delivery deadline.
Materials and account access.
When discussing a project, provide materials you own or have permission to use, and use account access methods authorized by the account owner. Do not send passwords or sensitive account records through an initial inquiry. Ownership, permissions and handover arrangements for work we create belong in the agreed project scope.
Website content and credited assets.
The site includes MRM branding and original content along with assets used under their respective licenses. The scene credits identify applicable third-party assets. Those licenses continue to apply; the presence of an asset on this website does not transfer ownership of it. Contact us if you would like permission to reuse MRM materials or need clarification about an attribution.
Outside services and website issues.
Links to outside resources are provided for context or to help you contact a service. Those providers set their own terms. If information on this site appears inaccurate, or a page does not work for you, please contact MRM with the page address and a description of the issue. The privacy policy explains how inquiries and website information are handled; the accessibility statement provides alternative ways to get help.
